2024 RV Seasonal Rates
If the weather permits, our resort may open mid-April. A charge of $16.00 per day is applicable from then until the regular season starts. Sites include water and sewer hook-ups and lawn maintenance. Electricity is also charged as per metered use.
- 6 Months Prepaid Premium - starting at $3,415.00
- 6 Months Prepaid Large - starting at $3,183.48
- 6 Months Prepaid Standard - starting at $3,067.71
- RV Seasonal charge-per day $18.00 for early spring,(weather permitting mid- April.)
2024 Park Model Rates
The regular season is May 1st through October 31st. Extended Season is available from April 1st to December 31st. This section is designated as “senior” with at least one spouse having attained the age of 55 years or older.

Electric is charged as per metered use. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 paid by October 1st will reserve your lot for the following season. Balance due by April 1st or May 1st, depending on your season start date. Rates subject to change without notice.

No refund once reservation commences.
No wood burning fires, propane fires are welcome
Camping is an outdoor experience. There will be no reimbursement for discomforts of nature including temperature change, insects, rain and snow.
Park Model Section
Designated as Senior with at least one spouse having attained the age of 55 years or older, our Park Model section is ideal for snowbirds and those looking for a summer retreat.
